Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Leadership or related role, with a commercial background in manufacturing/plant industries.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and listen to diverse viewpoints.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for connecting with others.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Curing Product Lines’ long-term vision and strategy.
• Lead the curing systems team by prioritizing initiatives and removing obstacles.
• Collaborate with Service and Aftermarket to ensure adequate resources and support.
• Analyze market trends to inform product line decisions and plan market launches.
• Manage full lifecycle from concept through testing and launch, supporting service post-installation.
