Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in product management or commercial roles in life science tools.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of microscopy and image analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and owners.
- Manage full product lifecycle across instruments, software, and reagents.
- Drive profitability and pricing strategies for existing lines.
- Define roadmaps and long-term portfolio vision.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements.
- Conduct market analyses and build business cases.
