Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Curing Product Lines’ long-term vision and strategy.
• Lead the curing systems team and remove obstacles to progress.
• Collaborate with Service and Aftermarket to align resources and support.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform product line decisions and launch plans.
• Understand customer requirements to meet expectations.
• Manage full lifecycle from concept to launch, supporting service post-installation.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support Inside Sales with accurate quotes and BOMs.
• Manage product backlog, lead times, and daily order coordination for curing products.
• Set stocking levels and pricing for curing offerings, including aftermarket parts.
• Implement QA practices to ensure reliable products.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Inform stakeholders about progress and upcoming releases.
• Lead innovation with Engineering and R&D teams.
• Provide guidance to the curing product line team.
• Organize user sessions to test usability and functionality.
• Ensure initiatives support organizational objectives.
