Afinitas, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Product Line Leader – Curing Solutions to drive commercial and operational success across the curing product lines.
You will own strategic direction, coordinate a cross-disciplinary team, and partner with Service, Aftermarket, Engineering and R&D to deliver market-ready solutions. The Product Line Leader – Curing Solutions is responsible for both commercial and operational aspects of the Curing Systems product lines, including marketing, sales support, product engineering, manufacturing, and project management. The Product Line Leader – Curing Solutions will also be required to own the Curing Product lines strategic direction, ensuring we are best positioned in the Market for growth and further develop our customers’ trust.
This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility, with travel to customer plants. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in manufacturing areas.
The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000.00 - $158,470.00 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
