Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Product Manager for Litho Function Marketing in Marlborough, MA. You will own the product line P&L and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA, R&D, and Procurement to drive commercial success.

The role requires deep knowledge of chemicals markets and strong financial acumen, with up to 20% travel to customer sites and conferences. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management or technical marketing in chemicals, plus MBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field required.
• Minimum 5+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing in chemicals or adjacent industries.
• Demonstrated product P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and margin management experience.
• Financial acumen and data-driven decision making for business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own gross margin, volume, and revenue targets for the assigned product line.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio profitability improvement.
• Execute the annual commercial plan (pricing, volume mix, customer targets) within the strategic framework.
• Manage price realization and negotiate deviations within authorized bands; track margin waterfall monthly.
• Conduct monthly portfolio health reviews and escalate with recovery plans.
• Drive portfolio optimization and obsolescence decisions; manage transitions and change notifications.
• Lead long-tail product conversion to Make-to-Order or MoQ increases; communicate changes to customers with notice.
• Coordinate supply readiness with operations and ensure capacity to meet demand.
• Develop and maintain product launch collateral and track post-launch performance against targets.
