Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience in energy-based devices, Dermatology or Medical Aesthetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy across lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life.
• Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and regional teams to commercialize products globally.
• Drive adoption, pricing, and launch effectiveness with measurable business impact.
