Job summary

The position emphasizes productivity, accuracy, and safe operation of curing processes. Responsibilities include data logging, quality checks, and collaboration with the Cure and Post Harvest teams to meet daily quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months employment with PharmaCann or in cannabis industry preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a related environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with data entry, logs, and METRC reporting where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support Cure leadership to organize and process dried cannabis product.
• Operate machinery to sort and trim cannabis safely and maintain equipment.
• Log weigh-ins and data into spreadsheets and logs with accuracy.
