Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Trim and Cure departments to meet weekly goals.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality control.
• Train and coach team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure GMP, safety rules, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Oversee METRC transactions, inventory, and documentation.
