Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. in Lothian, MD seeks a Cultivation Technician II – Packaging Technician to support packaging of dried cannabis products and ensure accuracy to meet weekly objectives. You will work under Packaging leadership, maintain compliance, and contribute to efficient production.

The role requires attention to detail, a Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:15 PM schedule, and potential overtime. Starting wage is $19 per hour, with growth opportunities within a regulated cannabis facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 3 months employment with the company to apply.
• Preferred commercial cannabis and/or packaging experience for 1 year.
• One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail.
• Professional and respectful demeanor; effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic reading and math comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Package dried cannabis product according to instructions and meet daily/weekly quotas.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and maintain equipment and records.
• Log data accurately in spreadsheets and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist with order fulfillment and cross-departmental support as needed.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and organized packaging areas and follow SOPs.
