Job summary

This leadership role requires managing 10+ staff, enforcing SOPs, training, and driving continuous improvement in trimming, drying, curing, and packaging in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and training/coaching skills are essential.
• Experience with SOPs, safety compliance, and quality control is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cure department with effective leadership and coordination.
• Oversee drying chambers, equipment, supplies, and processes for quality results.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and PharmaCann policies.
• Manage staff performance, training, and evaluations; schedule coverage.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager of Post Harvest to optimize trimming, drying, curing, and packaging.
