Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring a smooth pickup experience for customers. You’ll work with a friendly team to meet daily goals and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Ready to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with a courteous attitude.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify, and bag items using standards.
• Store and stage orders following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
