Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and deliver a smooth, on-time pickup experience for customers. You will help drive loyalty by providing accurate order fulfillment and a friendly, helpful service at the curbside pickup area.

The role focuses on fast, accurate shopping of orders, friendly greetings, and teamwork with store leadership to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. Training will be provided to learn our curbside processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
Past online ordering experience a plus.
You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
