Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Co. is seeking a Curbside Manager in Broken Arrow, OK to lead online order fulfillment and curbside pick-up operations. You will manage the receipt, packing, and accuracy of e-commerce orders while maintaining high customer service standards.

You’ll supervise a team, hire and train partners, optimize staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with store procedures. The role requires strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age; some states require 21.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, fulfillment, and accurate processing of e-commerce shopping orders.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Oversees the preparation of orders received online for curbside pickup.
• Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude; answers questions and resolves complaints.
• Maintains product knowledge and food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness of orders.
• Maintains relevant job documentation and reviews inventory, sales and labor data.
