Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a motivated team member to manage and coordinate the assembly of online curbside orders in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee department sales and profits while leading department partners, training new teammates, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include receiving, processing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders, maintaining product knowledge and food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or curbside operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, fulfill, and accurately process online curbside orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Lead and train department partners; schedule, assign, and review work.
• Oversee inventory and ensure products are ready for pickup.
• Maintain product knowledge and food safety standards.
