Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Owasso, OK is seeking a Part-time Personal Shopper to accurately prepare online orders with speed and care, ensuring high standards of freshness, quality, and food safety in every pick.

You will identify substitutions, weigh and scan items, bag and load orders for pickup, assist customers online, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of weekly ads and store policies to ensure a friendly, efficient pickup experience.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 16 years of age; 21 years of age in Louisiana where applicable.
• 21+ to drive for company business per policy where required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares online orders by accurately selecting products from shelves and organizing for pickup.
• Identifies out-of-stock items, suggests substitutions, and promotes advertised specials.
• Ensures accurate checkout totals by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintains product knowledge and food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness.
• Bags, loads orders into the customer vehicle, and assists customers with questions.
