Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent for a busy Long Beach airport curbside location. You will check in passengers, issue boarding passes, and tag baggage while assisting guests with directions and flight information.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, early shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and completion of airline compliance training. Paid training is provided; tips are earned in addition to the hourly rate, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work early morning rotation and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at curbside desk.
• Assist with luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance.
• Input guest information for enrollment if needed.
• Process check-in and charge for bags per airline rules.
• Weigh luggage and charge for overweight bags.
• Tag luggage with destination tags and provide boarding passes.
• Handle payments and receipts; respond to questions.
• Maintain desk organization and assist guests with inquiries.
• Adhere to TSA standards and safety procedures.
