Job summary

SP+ is hiring at the Long Beach airport location for a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent. The role involves outdoor curbside check-in, handling luggage, issuing boarding passes, and assisting guests with travel information.

Shifts start early and include weekends and holidays, with required airline compliance training. Prior guest service experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Early morning shift availability required.
• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
• Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers curbside for flights and issue boarding passes.
• Handle luggage according to TSA standards and tag bags.
• Provide information and directions to passengers at the curb.
• Provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Maintain luggage security and assist with payments for bags when required.
• Assist guests with check-in, flight itinerary verification, and weight checks.
• Respond to guest questions and manage simple transactions.
