Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance and amenities of the community. The role involves routine cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will work with the Service Manager on repairs, safety compliance, and daily grounds operations. This full-time position requires weekend availability and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access company software and perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds to maintain neat appearance and curb appeal.
• Perform minor repairs under supervision of Service Manager.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from common areas.
• Handle make-ready cleanups for vacant units and dumpster areas.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA policies.
