Job summary

Interweave seeks an IT & Digital Transformation Director to lead the IT Department and own the organisation's digital transformation roadmap. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic governance at the executive level to align technology investments with the cultural mission.

You will stabilise operations, codify SOPs, manage the technology budget, and coordinate with external partners to deliver ERP integration, e-shop, and core platforms, ensuring delivery and value.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience including IT operations and enterprise digital transformation.
• Proven ERP integration experience, ideally with Soft1 or similar systems.
• Strong IT operations management experience and leadership of internal teams.
• Experience managing external vendors/consultants with defined timelines and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department as part of the management team, stabilising core operations and implementing key systems.
• Own the digital transformation roadmap, prioritising ERP integration and operational stability with stakeholders.
• Manage technology budgets and external vendor partnerships to deliver value.
• Codify SOPs and improve project management and delivery processes with external partners.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology, operations and the cultural mission.
