Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum seven years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of IT personnel, projects, and budgets.
• Experience with enterprise systems, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, vendors, and audits.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation strategy aligned to business goals.
• Establish enterprise governance, controls, risk management and audit readiness.
• Oversee ERP implementations, enterprise apps and platform optimizations.
• Drive digital transformation to automate processes and boost value.
• Develop digital solutions improving relationships with producers, logistics partners, customers, and stakeholders.
