ASP Global seeks an IT Director to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day direction for the Information Technology department. This role shapes IT strategy, architecture, and a future roadmap, guiding ERP and WMS initiatives while working with key stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

The ideal candidate leads cross-functional teams, defines performance metrics, and ensures secure, scalable IT solutions across the organization, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience in IT operations.
• Experience with Epicor P21 ERP.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and ERP integrations.
• Global distribution/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to define IT strategy, roadmap and build an IT organization.
• Partners with business leaders to drive technology changes.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, networking, databases and phones.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of IT strategy, architecture, processes and roadmap.
• Work with VP, Operations to define departmental goals.
• Provide direction for key systems including WMS.
• Oversee and lead changes within the P21 ERP system.
• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Assess 3rd party tech and services vendors for infrastructure and apps.
• Provide IT leadership and set performance metrics for team.
• Define IT SLAs for business functions and onboard users on security tools.
