Job summary

AUCH Construction seeks an Internal Communications & Employee Experience specialist to lead companywide communications, BambooHR content, onboarding, and culture programs. You will coordinate employee recognition, events, swag, and engagement activities across office and field teams, gathering feedback and tracking metrics for continuous improvement.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will execute day-to-day programs, maintain calendars, and support employer branding and retention initiatives,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in internal communications, events, marketing communications, or culture programming.
• Experience with BambooHR and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, calendars, and logistics.
• Experience creating written communications, newsletters, intranet content, or other employee-facing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning HRIS and intranet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage companywide internal communications, BambooHR communications, and employee recognition.
• Coordinate onboarding-related communications and new-hire announcements.
• Develop employee spotlights and culture-focused storytelling.
• Gather employee feedback and measure communication effectiveness across offices and field teams.
• Maintain an annual internal communications calendar and campaigns aligning with culture and priorities.
• Own annual employee engagement and events calendar; plan and coordinate events and traditions.
