Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a HR Culture Programs Specialist to design, implement, and coordinate programs that strengthen our culture, employee engagement, and community impact. Reporting to the HR Culture Programs Manager, you will collaborate with HR teammates, ESG partners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and accurate reporting of program outcomes.

The role emphasizes core values, DEIB initiatives, recognition programs, event planning, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, public relations, or related field is required.
Minimum 2 years in HR, employee engagement, community relations, event planning, or a related role.

Responsibilities

Support culture and engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and employee events.
Coordinate community engagement activities, volunteering metrics, and partnerships.
Collaborate with HR, ESG partners and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Assist with project timelines, documentation, and meeting materials.
Gather feedback and propose improvements to engagement and community programs.
