Job summary

Zearn is seeking an Event Operations and Experience Manager to bring our team member experience to life through impactful programs and events across the employee lifecycle. You will plan and execute from pre-planning to onsite delivery, ensuring that each gathering reflects our culture and operating principles.

You will own end-to-end event execution, including biannual Team Summits and monthly virtual updates, partnering with the Director of People to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience project managing complex company events.
• Proven track record designing and executing successful virtual events with high engagement.
• Experience using Generative AI to streamline workflows and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of in-person full team summits and virtual updates.
• Coordinate venue, AV, hotel, transportation, staffing, and registrations for events.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and payment milestones with stakeholders.
