OneDigital is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Events & Experience to own flawless execution of Central & South Region event portfolios. You will manage multi-market client summits, tradeshows, and executive engagements, from briefs to post-event reporting, and build regional operating standards.

You will lead venue sourcing, budget reconciliation, and on-site leadership, while partnering with Growth Marketing and Client Experience Marketing to align strategy, attendees, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven planning and execution of large-scale events and conferences.
• Experience owning events across client-facing and membership engagements.
• Proficiency with event platforms (Cvent) and project-management tools (Wrike/Asana).
• Strong vendor, venue contracts, and budget management experience.
• Comfort using design and analytics tools and AI-enabled planning features.

Responsabilités

• Lead event production and logistics for regional client-facing events and councils.
• Own end-to-end event briefs, project plans, run-of-show, and on-site leadership.
• Source venues, vendors, and manage contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate on strategy, positioning, and messaging for events and campaigns.
• Establish regional event operating models, calendars, and measurement standards.
• Deliver post-event reporting linking activity to pipeline and business outcomes.
