• Experience coordinating support across multiple office locations and vendors.
• Experience maintaining budgets, purchasing, and expense reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory for snacks, office supplies, and workplace essentials across sites; ensure timely replenishment and billing reconciliation.
• Coordinate office administration, vendor relationships, facilities requests, IT issues, and operational needs to support business objectives.
• Arrange workspace assignments, onboarding logistics, moves, and seating with leadership to ensure efficiency.
• Plan and execute employee events, meetings, town halls, and recognition programs across locations.
• Coordinate culture initiatives, engagement activities, and budgeting across call center locations.
• Support executive visits and ensure a seamless employee and guest experience.
