Job summary

Timken Company is seeking a Manager, Talent Engagement & Culture to shape and advance employee experience across the enterprise. This role partners with leaders to translate insights into practical programs, tools, and experiences that strengthen engagement, onboarding, recognition, and retention while driving culture activation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading programs in employee experience, engagement, culture, or related HR disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading people or cross-functional initiatives with influence and change leadership.
• Certifications in HR or Organizational Development are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Employee Experience and Culture Priorities across Timken's global organization.
• Develop and implement engagement, belonging, and retention practices with practical standards and tools.
• Manage employee listening efforts and translate insights into action plans with leaders.
• Enhance onboarding, recognition, and culture programs to strengthen One Timken connections.
• Collaborate with ERGs, communications, and HR partners to advance inclusion and engagement outcomes.
• Lead a portfolio of programs and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
