SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Culture & Engagement Specialist to drive culture, attract and retain talent, and engage a workforce of about 10,000 employees. The role bridges employees, HR Partners, HR CoEs, and Leadership to advance strategic culture initiatives.

Key focus areas include Inclusion & Belonging advocacy, program management, and regional engagement. Requires a Bachelor's in HR or related, 5+ years in HR with DEI passion, and PM skills. Onsite 80%, remote 20%, with 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related major.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a passion for DEI.
• Strong project management skills and internal stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Inclusion & Belonging Advocacy: act as liaison for Employee Resource Groups; manage governance and budgets.
• Program Management & Strategy: deploy C&E initiatives, report KPI and coordinate comms.
• Employee Listening & Insights: support deployment and action-planning of listening tools.
• Regional & Site Engagement: design tailored programs with local site reps and analyze data.
• Other duties as assigned: travel 5% domestic; onsite 80% / remote 20%.
