Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, etc.).
• 1+ year supervisory or management experience required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact enthusiastically with others.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring and retaining staff, ensuring staff training.
• Develop weekly schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Lead and motivate staff to ensure maximum productivity and satisfaction.
