1021 Creative is seeking a Specialist, Business Development to join our VP of Business Development in driving net-new growth. This role thrives on research, outreach, and persuasive proposals across brands, media, and tech platforms.

You will build outbound pipeline, secure meetings, and collaborate to shape tailored, culture-aware proposals. If you are data-driven, curious about culture, and enjoy remote collaboration, this is a great fit and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

2-3 years of B2B2C sales experience in services, media, research, or tech platforms.
Proven track record of researching prospects and converting outreach into booked meetings.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including outreach and proposals.
Genuine love of culture and pulse on digital/social platforms.
Familiarity with CRM/work-management tools like Monday.com to manage pipeline and outreach.
Comfort with AI tools to speed up research while maintaining judgment and creativity.

Responsibilities

Generate meetings and drive outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop compelling, well-researched proposals and pitch materials for prospects.
Stay on top of culture and digital trends to sharpen outreach angles.
Plan and support events and marketing materials to engage prospects.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and support pipeline reporting and forecasting.
