Qualifications

• Must hold an Oklahoma Long-Term Care Administrator License (NHA).
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Passion for culture change and improving retention and morale.
• Strong knowledge of local healthcare networks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and drive the new management philosophy.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and quality of care per Oklahoma regs.
• Mentor department heads to build a unified, high-performing team.
• Reintroduce Arcadia Landing to families and the Tulsa community as a premier care provider.
