You will manage finances, lead HR onboarding, and collaborate with an external back office to drive compliant operations while supporting staff and residents with a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as BOM or HR Director in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of Oklahoma Medicaid eligibility and billing processes.
• Experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining compliant employee files.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to build a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations of the facility (AR, resident trust funds, private collections, billing coordination).
• Own Medicaid pending process, ensuring timely eligibility and approvals with families and state.
• Lead onboarding, employee files, benefits enrollment, local recruitment, workers' compensation, and employee relations with a culture-first approach.
• Collaborate with external back office to ensure smooth payroll and corporate billing.

Your Core Mission

• Manage the Financials: Oversee the daily financial operations of the facility, including accounts receivable, resident trust funds, private collections, and billing coordination.
• Master the Medicaid Process: Own the Medicaid pending process, working closely with families and the state to ensure accurate, timely eligibility and approvals.
• Champion Human Resources: Lead the onboarding experience for our growing team. Handle employee files, benefit enrollment, local recruitment, worker's compensation, and employee relations with a culture-first approach.
• Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with our external back office (who assists with centralized payroll and corporate billing) to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience as a Business Office Manager (BOM) or HR Director in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• A strong, deep understanding of Oklahoma Medicaid eligibility and standard long-term care billing processes.
• Experience handling HR fundamentals, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining compliant employee files.
