Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center seeks an experienced RN leader to support the Director of Nursing Services in directing daily nursing operations within a long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and be licensed as an RN.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to supervise licensed staff and coordinate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day nursing operations and staff.
• Develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures.
• Ensure Nursing Service Manual is current and compliant.
• Participate in QA program and facility surveys.
• Plan with Director on discharge planning and resident care.
