Qualifications

• Current Missouri LNHA license required.
• Proven experience as NHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• 4+ years as NHA.
• Experience with behavioral health residents and complex populations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the facility.
