Job summary

Arbor Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate clinical services with business plans to meet goals. You will lead with ethical practices and drive high-quality care while fostering positive relationships with staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration (master's preferred), at least two years in long-term care, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
• Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
• Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
