Michels Corporation is seeking a Culture Manager to lead the Culture team, overseeing development and coordination of culture and event needs across the organization. You will work with management and department leads to ensure branding standards are upheld and events run smoothly.

The role involves training office staff and Frontline Brand Keepers, collaborating with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT, and fostering an engaging, professional workplace aligned with Michels’ values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field with 7+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

As a Culture Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing supervision, development and oversight of employees on the Culture team. This role will maintain open communication with management and department leads to ensure coordination of culture and event needs. Attend and provide oversight of planned events. Manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to assure branding initiative projects are completed and adhere to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program. Train and orientate office support staff and Frontline Brand Keepersat office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST). Critical for success are the abilities to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.
