Indiana Army National Guard’s Environmental Program seeks a Cultural Resources Branch Chief to guide management of archaeological and historic resources. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Public Health or related field with at least 7 years of professional experience in environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, leadership, managerial, or supervisory capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and cultural resource management laws.
  • Ability to establish project management goals and coordinate work units.
  • Ability to effectively interact with local, state, and federal representatives.
  • Ability to delegate work, provide feedback, and develop employee skillsets.
