LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with strong local cultural context to support a range of AI training and evaluation projects.

In this role you will review prompts and AI outputs, annotate content across text and multimedia, and provide concise feedback to help improve model performance. This flexible, 1099 contractor role emphasizes accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and timely delivery to support cutting-edge language technology.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsabilités

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content using local insights into tone and market fit.
• Identify and flag common issues such as translation errors or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
