Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work across textual, audio, and video materials, applying local context to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.

You'll annotate content, assess outputs, and provide clear feedback while following guidelines. This role emphasizes careful judgment informed by real-world norms and brand alignment, with flexible scheduling as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language
• Strong command of English
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred
• Comfortable with both textual and audio/video materials
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines with clear feedback
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone and market fit
• Spot issues like visual artefacts, style inconsistencies, translations, or cultural mismatches
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement
• Apply evaluation guidelines and participate in calibration and QA processes
