LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work on prompts, AI outputs, text review, and multimedia content, applying cultural context and local norms.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact how language technology adapts to diverse markets. Strong language fluency and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Native fluency in the target language (local context required).
• Strong command of English for evaluation tasks.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video content.
• Ability to follow guidelines and provide clear, structured feedback.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsabilidades

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content with local tone and market fit.
• Spot visual artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines and participate in calibration and QA processes.
