Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support a range of AI training and evaluation projects. You will work across prompts, AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, and contributing voice recordings as needed.

You will apply careful judgment to accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness for task objectives, guided by real-world standards and market expectations.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable with textual and audio/video content.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local insights.
• Identify issues such as artefacts, style inconsistencies, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in QA calibration.
