Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts and outputs, annotate content, and provide feedback grounded in local context, tone and brand guidelines.

As an independent contractor, you choose your schedule, work across textual and multimedia materials, and help ensure high-quality results with careful judgment and consistent scoring.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Tswana and English with cultural insight.
• Experience evaluating prompts, outputs, and content for quality and safety.
• Ability to annotate across text and multimedia formats.
• Familiarity with brand tone and localization considerations.

Responsibilities

• Review prompts and AI outputs for accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Annotate and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Identify and flag translation errors, mismatches, or artefacts.
• Ensure consistency in scoring and evaluation standards across tasks.
• Adapt to different task types including audio/video content.

Skills

Native fluency in Tswana (Setswana)

Strong command of English

Experience as AI reviewer annotator or

Comfortable with textual and audio/vi
