Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will assess prompts and AI outputs, correct text, analyze multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings, applying local cultural context and market norms.

You will provide concise annotations to help improve models, ensure accuracy, and maintain brand alignment. This independent contractor role emphasizes flexible scheduling and prompt payments for high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language (high accuracy in context)
• Strong command of English for comprehension and feedback
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs as required
• Provide culturally relevant, tone-appropriate content and feedback
• Identify visual artefacts, translation errors, and cultural mismatches
• Deliver concise, structured annotations for model improvement
• Follow evaluation guidelines and participate in calibration and QA processes
