Job summary

Acreage CCF NJ, a Canopy USA, LLC subsidiary, seeks a Cultivation Technician II to join our New Jersey facility. You will oversee advanced plant care across growth stages and mentor Level 1 Technicians while supporting compliance and operations.

You’ll manage feeding schedules, pruning, pest monitoring, and harvest support, while maintaining precise records and coordinating with leadership on inventory, SOPs, and seed-to-sale requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in horticulture or related field.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass state-mandated background checks.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care and feeding schedules across growth stages.
• Lead by example in pruning, repotting, and maintaining plant uniformity.
• Monitor for pests and deficiencies and implement corrective actions with leadership.
• Provide harvest and post-harvest support as needed (dry, cure, trim).
• Maintain accurate records of nutrient mixes, equipment, and activities.
