Acreage CCF NJ, a Canopy USA, LLC subsidiary, seeks a Cultivation Technician II to join our New Jersey facility. You will oversee advanced plant care across growth stages and mentor Level 1 Technicians while supporting compliance and operations.
You’ll manage feeding schedules, pruning, pest monitoring, and harvest support, while maintaining precise records and coordinating with leadership on inventory, SOPs, and seed-to-sale requirements.

The Cultivation Technician II is responsible for the advanced care, maintenance, and monitoring of plants at all growth stages in the facility while supporting cultivation leadership in key operational tasks. This role involves mentorship of Level 1 Technicians, contributing to compliance oversight, and maintaining the highest standards of facility operations. · Must be 21 years of age or older
· High School Diploma or equivalent – required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field – required
