Job summary

Acreage CCF NJ, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, is seeking a Cultivation Technician II to join our growing team in New Jersey. This role focuses on advanced plant care, maintenance, and monitoring across growth stages while supporting leadership and mentoring Level 1 Technicians.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field required.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant care and growth monitoring across all life stages.
Lead by example in pruning and repotting crops following best practices.
Monitor for pests and deficiencies; implement corrective measures with leadership.
Provide harvest and post-harvest support including drying, curing, and trimming when needed.
Maintain detailed records of nutrients, equipment maintenance, and crop activities.
Assist leadership in planning inventory audits and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Mentor Cultivation Technicians and onboard new team members.
