Acreage CCF NJ is seeking a Cultivation Technician II to ensure advanced plant care across growth stages and to mentor Level 1 Technicians while supporting compliance and operational excellence in our cultivation facility.
You will oversee daily feeding and care, monitor crop health, assist with harvest activities, manage records, coordinate with leadership on inventory, and contribute to audits and seed-to-sale compliance with a strong team-first ethos.

About the Role:
The Cultivation Technician II is responsible for the advanced care, maintenance, and monitoring of plants at all growth stages in the facility while supporting cultivation leadership in key operational tasks. This role involves mentorship of Level 1 Technicians, contributing to compliance oversight, and maintaining the highest standards of facility operations. Skills to be Successful
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent – required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture, botany, or a related field – required
Exceptional attention to detail, with advanced organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead by example and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach and guide colleagues.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
Ability to pass state mandated background check(s)
Computers and Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skilled in navigating and accurately utilizing the company’s seed-to-sale tracking software (where applicable).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with OSHA guidelines and compliant handling of hazardous materials in accordance with safety protocols.
