Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Culinary Trainer to develop, coach, and elevate culinary teams across the fleet. Working closely with galley leadership, you will drive training excellence and help ensure culinary standards are delivered at the highest level.

You will deliver hands-on training, facilitate structured learning programs, conduct workstation observations, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth, consistency, and performance across all culinary departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage operation, cruise line, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training programs and performance feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of culinary operations, service standards, and team development practices.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training, coaching sessions, and role-play activities that reinforce culinary standards and best practices.
• Facilitate structured learning programs, including OMIY modules and company development initiatives.
• Conduct workstation observations and performance audits to evaluate skill levels and identify development opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback that drives growth, confidence, and operational consistency.
• Support the successful implementation of the GROW program and other learning initiatives.
