Qualifications

• High school diploma or foreign equivalent is required.
• Associates/technical culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years general culinary experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience on cruise or high-volume operation.
• Strong knowledge of European and international cuisines.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience converting recipes between metric and US units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise galley team and delegate workload to optimize flow.
• Ensure adherence to USPH/FDA standards and safety practices.
• Monitor temperatures, waste logs, and inventory daily/weekly.
• Coordinate requisitions and production adjustments with departments.
