Buffalo Wild Wings in San Jose, CA is seeking a dedicated Heart of House team member to prepare and cook menu items, keep a clean, safe kitchen, and ensure timely service of high‑quality food. You will follow all food safety procedures, work closely with managers and teammates, stock and rotate products, and assist with opening and closing duties.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not required; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and late shifts is needed to keep the kitchen running

Qualifications

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
• Kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts
• Able to work shifts 6 hours or longer
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen during every shift
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures
• Practice proper food handling techniques
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food to guests
